Job Title: Product Engineering Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Engineering Manager to join our team. This hands-on leader will lead product lifecycle management and market positioning through best-in-class technical product innovation and production process optimization for our growing manufacturing company. The Product Engineering Manager will enhance R&D, quality control, product management and technical training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead new product introductions from ideation through production, leveraging technical expertise to guide appropriate cross-functional stakeholders in sales, supply chain, production, finance, and service.
  2. Lead problem-solving on system designs for new sales quotations and existing after sales support.
  3. Create product portfolio roadmaps, launch kits, and specification sheets to support new verticals.
  4. Recommend lean manufacturing principles that improve production processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with supply chain to drive supplier quality, selection, and cost improvements.
  6. Monitor and analyze warranty data to improve operations, product training, and after sales support.
  7. Ensure QC testing and development processes are documented by following scientific methods and meet compliance with regulations and standards, including 3rd party certifications for international solutions (N.A.).
  8. Participate in strategic planning, SIOP, and budget development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Engineer, Product Manager, or Quality Manager.

This hands-on leader will lead strategic sourcing through best-in-class vendor management and inventory optimization for our growing manufacturing company. The Supply Chain Manager will enhance direct & indirect procurement costs, lead time, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Refine vendor diversification strategy and program to ensure sourcing practices drive supplier quality, selection, and cost improvements to enable product portfolio roadmap.
  2. Lead SIOP process by engaging stakeholders across sales, supply chain, production, finance, and service. Analyze, track, and communicate procurement expenditures / savings, sourcing policies, and forecasts.

We are seeking a technical sales leader with a dynamic growth mindset to guide our growing company and team of sales engineers through the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion.  This technical sales professional is responsible for commercial strategy and execution, team leadership & development, and customer experience maximization. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Define annual sales growth strategy, plans, KPI’s and metrics for sales engineers.
  2. Enhance commercial processes (quoting, forecasting, account management) and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys.

     

  3. Develop new opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships by coaching and partnering with internal and external teams on customer specifications / designs, presentations, and value based negotiations.

     

  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and action competitive product and market insights to drive product development and increase market share.

     

  5. Identify and optimize appropriate business development and sales enablement tools, technology, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field. 
  • Experience: Industrial / commercial industry, air compressors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field. 
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel to customer / partner locations and trade shows.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team. This proactive leader plays a key role in the financial operations, financial planning, and financial reporting of our growing private manufacturing company. The Finance Manager will ensure the company's financial information is accurate, timely, and consistent with our financial policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guide daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
  2. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; complete internal and external financial audits; manage budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  3. Monitor and manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards and regulatory requirements, including documentation.
  4. Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to continuously improve the company's financial health; collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

Job Title:
Production - Assembler

The Production Assembler will be accountable for assembling systems and their components according to the production schedule, as well as other supportive duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve daily and weekly production schedule by assembling dry air and nitrogen generation systems and their components according to layouts. Package systems for delivery.
  2. Follow quality control and safety standards throughout the production process and communicate order completion status to applicable departments.
  3. Organize equipment and supplies, oversee applicable parts washing/drying, and daily area cleanup/disposal.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Technician / production operator; On-the-job training available.
  • Physical Req: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., able to crouch and bend down.
  • Other Req: Must wear proper PPE (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs).

Key Competencies:

  • Problem solving (basic math) skills with attention to detail, computer literate.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Intern for the fall semester. Beyond gaining practical marketing skills, you will have an opportunity to learn how onsite nitrogen generation plays a crucial role in sustainable development. You will work to accomplish key marketing and communication initiatives. Your journey with Liberty Systems will include activating and launching exciting new tactics that contribute to our company’s transformation and strategic growth initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in production of key marketing assets and conduct market research.
  2. Contribute to graphic design projects for digital and print materials.
  3. Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns, product brochures, website, and blogs.
  4. Support social media content creation and engagement on LinkedIn & YouTube.

Job Description:

We are seeking customer-first oriented field technicians to join our regional teams.  This technically skilled professional is responsible for starting up, testing or performing preventative maintenance for mechanical systems including air compressors, air filtration / mixing, nitrogen generating and condensate management systems.  Your attention to detail will deliver on our growing company’s promise of best-in-class service and quality, with earning potential up to $85K per year!  

Responsibilities:

Startups & Testing

  1. Start-up and test industrial air compressors, air treatment (filtration) systems, nitrogen generators, and condensate management systems.
  2. Perform voltage conversions and modifications to meet specific customer requirements.

Preventative Maintenance & Repairs

  1. Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs on compressed air systems and accessories, providing detailed service reports.
  2. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on compressed air systems with accurate service reporting.
  3. Handle emergency repairs of compressed air systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Air compressors, HVAC (refrigeration cert a plus), electrical or related field.
  • Travel: Able to travel by car or plane; overnight and non-standard hours as applicable.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret operation manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools, electrical / flow meters, and material handling equipment (forklift experience is advantageous).
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and industry safety compliance.
