Job Description:
We are seeking a technical services leader with a dynamic growth mindset to guide our team of field and inside technical support through the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion. This services professional is responsible for aftermarket strategy and technical solutions delivery, team leadership & development, and customer experience maximization.
Responsibilities:
- Define technical service strategy, plans, KPI’s and metrics for the service teams (regional field technicians, inside technical support, and Mexico service).
- Strengthen the customer experience by refining service processes (troubleshooting, quoting, technical training) and taking ownership of technical customer issues through to resolution.
- Develop and implement aftermarket growth and customer retention models and policies that maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate service insights into solutions that increase the ease of doing business.
- Identify and optimize appropriate service enablement tools, technology, and resources. Create reports that analyze and communicate service results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field.
- Experience: Industrial/ manufacturing/ commercial industry; operations or service management, or related field.
- Travel: Up to 10% travel to customer / partner locations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a technical sales leader with a dynamic growth mindset to guide our growing company and team of sales engineers through the next phase of Liberty Systems’ product and market expansion. This technical sales professional is responsible for commercial strategy and execution, team leadership & development, and customer experience maximization.
Responsibilities:
- Define annual sales growth strategy, plans, KPI’s and metrics for sales engineers.
- Enhance commercial processes (quoting, forecasting, account management) and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys.
- Develop new opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships by coaching and partnering with internal and external teams on customer specifications / designs, presentations, and value based negotiations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and action competitive product and market insights to drive product development and increase market share.
- Identify and optimize appropriate business development and sales enablement tools, technology, and resources.
Qualifications:

Job Title: Regional Field Service Technician (SE, NE, NC)
Department: Customer Service

Job Description:
We are seeking customer-first oriented field technicians to join our regional teams. This technically skilled professional is responsible for starting up, testing or performing preventative maintenance for mechanical systems including air compressors, air filtration / mixing, nitrogen generating and condensate management systems. Your attention to detail will deliver on our growing company’s promise of best-in-class service and quality, with earning potential up to $85K per year!
Responsibilities:
Startups & Testing
- Start-up and test industrial air compressors, air treatment (filtration) systems, nitrogen generators, and condensate management systems.
- Perform voltage conversions and modifications to meet specific customer requirements.
Preventative Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs on compressed air systems and accessories, providing detailed service reports.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on compressed air systems with accurate service reporting.
- Handle emergency repairs of compressed air systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Air compressors, HVAC (refrigeration cert a plus), electrical or related field.
- Travel: Able to travel by car or plane; overnight and non-standard hours as applicable.
Key Competencies:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret operation manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools, electrical / flow meters, and material handling equipment (forklift experience is advantageous).
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and industry safety compliance.
Compensation:
- Up to $85K (non-exempt)
