Rotary Screw Air Compressors
Liberty Systems offers three manufacturers of rotary screw air compressors with our packages. We are able to discuss the pros and yes, cons of each of the offerings. We do this so you have choices, we want to give you as much information as possible for you to make an informed decision.
If you have your own house rotary screw air compressor capable of supporting the system or prefer to work with an air compressor distributor you are comfortable with, that is great. We will work with them, give them the specs, like flow, pressure and air quality needed to support your new system.
If you are interested in a variable speed drive, direct drive dual control (online-idle/ offline), sometimes referred to as fixed speed, or an oil free air compressor, we will present them as options. If air demand is low, a belt driven rotary screw may be the appropriate air compressor for you.
If we are helping you build redundancy into the system, compressor control is important. Kaeser offers their Sigma Air Manager, this allows you to view in real time what is happening with your air compressors, allowing you to detect issues early. Hertz offers the ability to link two variable frequency air compressors together. Ozen allows you to tie a fixed speed and a variable speed air compressor together.
